inthe South, then rented a car and headed east to Narbonne, Arles, then
north into the Alps in Chaminox, then west back to Beaune, Colmar,
Reims to Paris. |

mother Hilde toured Austria for 3 weeks (Vienna, Almsee, Salzburg,
Alpbach, Bozen, Feldkirch) Later in Nov, did a 19 day Panama Cruise, Van to LA, MS Ryndam (Holland America) to Cabo, Puerto Vallarta, Huatulco, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama Canal, Cartagena (Columbia), Belize, Costa Maya, Tampa, fly back via Chicago. Group of 12 (G&D, Rick & Carol, Bob & Marilyn, Jean & Hank, Richard & Caroline, us) |

3 week trip, fly to Amsterdam
for 4 day, to Athens, Greece. Meet Gottfried & Dorothy. Fly to
Santorini, ferry to Crete, fly to Rhodes, ferry to Mamaris, Turkey. The
4 of us in a tour bus with a driver and guide, visit Pamukkale, Kusadasi, Canakkla, Bursa to
Istanbul

2002 In Sep-Oct/02, Gottfried, Dorothy, Peter and Faye travelled to Austria and Italy for a 22 day holiday, meeting up with Dieter and Gretl Wegenstein from Vienna, for a week stay in Iano, Tuscany. Picture in the Wildschoenau Valley, Tirol. |

2002 Our yard sale or garage sale at our cabins in April/02. Things were almost given away just to get rid of them. We gave away 4 bikes and the table tennis. Both cabins have been sold and this chapter in our lives is now closed. |

| Over Easter/2001, Peter drove 2400 KM to California to pickup his mother (her 22nd yearly trip) from the Fountain of Youth and then drove back another 2400KM to Vancouver. | |

Krista and Greg's preparing to move into their new condominium, in North Vancouver. They took possession in March/01 and then spent all month cleaning and painting and finally moved in early April. |

Faye and Peter's week's trip in February/01 to Rincon de Guayabitos (1 hour north of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico). Stayed at the Hotel Royal Decameron los Cosos. These all-inclusive facilities are hard on the waist line, too much good food! an unlimited supply of wine and rum Cuba Libras, great entertainment! and lots of activities including dancing, aerobics, etc.. |

Anna Ganthaler was here on a 5 month visit from Germany to learn English (Oct/00 to Mar/01). In 1999/2000, she spent 9 months in Paris learning French. Her plans are to go to Tourism Management School. She also earned a few dollars working at the Savoury Island Pie Company in West Vancouver. |
